Dani’s Beauty Bar – Policies 1. Deposits A 25% non-refundable retainer (deposit) is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit is applied to the final cost of your service and will be charged to your card at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable. However, with 48+ hours notice, your deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling All cancellations or rescheduling must be made by contacting Dani directly (not through the booking website). Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit. An additional 25% late cancellation fee may also apply. 3. Late Policy Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid delaying the next client. If you are 15 minutes or more late, Dani reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited. 4. Illness Policy If you are feeling unwell (fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, etc.), please reschedule your appointment once you are better.
