Dani's Beauty Bar — Salon Policies 1. Appointment Retainers (Deposits) A 25% nonrefundable retainer is required to secure your appointment. This amount is charged at the time of booking and applied toward your final service balance. With at least 48 hours' notice, your retainer may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the retainer. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all appointment cancellations and rescheduling. Guests may reschedule their appointments by contacting Dani directly. Cancellations must be made by contacting Dani directly. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the retainer. An additional late cancellation fee of up to 25% of the scheduled service price may also apply. 3. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may require adjustments to your service to avoid delaying other guests. Arrivals of 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time may result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the retainer. 4. No-Call/No-Show Policy Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without contacting Dani will forfeit their retainer and may be charged an additional no-show fee of up to 25% of the scheduled service price. Future appointments may require additional booking restrictions or prepayment. 5. Service Changes Please select the correct service when booking to ensure adequate appointment time is reserved. Requests to downgrade to a shorter or lower-priced service must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment and are subject to availability. Changes requested within 48 hours of the appointment or at check-in will not reduce the original reserved service price. Additional services may be accommodated when time permits. 6. Illness Policy If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, including fever, persistent coughing, sore throat, or other contagious symptoms, please contact Dani to reschedule your appointment.
