CANCELLATION POLICY

1. A non-refundable/non-transferable retainer (deposit) of 25% of services booked, is required to confirm your appointment. Your retainer (deposit) will go towards the final cost of your service. After booking your appointment, your card will be charged for 25% of the service booked. The retainer (deposit) is non-transferable. Meaning, if you cancel/change your appointment without giving a 48-hour notice, you will lose your retainer (deposit). 2. Cancellations: You are responsible for cancelling and rescheduling your appointment through the website. Appointments must be cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. If not, you are subject to paying an additional 25% of the cost of services booked. You will also forfeit your retainer (deposit). 3. Late Policy: Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure the next client’s appointment is not delayed. If you arrive late to your appointment after 15 minutes, Dani has the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 4. If you are sick or not feeling well (fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, etc.), please reschedule your appointment when you are feeling better.
